Lardo pancettato
100 grams
Red radicchio
2 heads
Balsamic vinegar glaze
A few drops
Preparation
In a saucepan heat up Levoni lardo pancettato (till sizzling).
Lay down Levoni Lardo Pancettato onto a bed of Red Radicchio.
Garnish the plate with a few drops of balsamic glaze (a few drops also to season).
Quickly serve this delight (sweet and crunchy).
