Information sheet on art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 "personal data protection code" (hereinafter the "code").

Levoni Spa processes personal data in full compliance with the Code. We invite you to spend a few minutes to examine our Policy in detail:

DATA COLLECTED FOR SENDING RÉSUMÉS  
Levoni Spa informs the job applicant, pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Reg. 679/2016 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (hereinafter the Code), that personal data concerning them and their processing will be aimed at carrying out research, selection and evaluation of personnel. Data shall be processed through manual, IT and telematic tools in a manner strictly related to the purposes. Providing data is optional; however, failure to fully provide them shall preclude a complete evaluation of the candidacy. Data shall be transmitted to the following subjects or categories of subjects: companies of the Group. Data shall not be disseminated and shall be processed for a period of 6 months, after which - if not expressly reconfirmed by the Data Subject - shall be destroyed. It should also be noted that the aforementioned data (in particular those relating to personal requirements and the professional career path) may be subject to verification. The Data Processor and the following categories of subjects in charge of processing them may obtain your data: personnel area, persons involved in the selection operations. When evaluating the above in order to give us your consent to the processing, please keep in mind that the personal information object of this and willingly provided by you there may also include some particular categories of personal data ex art. 9 paragraph 1 EU Reg. 679/2016.


DATA COLLECTED FOR REQUESTING INFORMATION AND SENDING NEWSLETTERS 
We inform you that your data are collected for the purpose of sending the information you may request and - only with your consent - for sending information, advertising and promotional material (even through automated tools). Data will be processed using manual, computerized and/or telematic methods. Data may be obtained by external companies assigned to some collection operations (appointed as Data Processors) and by the following categories of persons in charge: quality management area, general management and secretary’s office, agents office, marketing, commercial.




INFORMATION SHEET FOR CUSTOMERS
Data in our possession - acquired in relation to contractual relationships - are directly collected from the Data Subject. All collected data shall be processed in compliance with current legislation, and in any case, with due confidentiality. The collection – that is the processing of personal data - has the exclusive purpose of providing adequate compliance with the obligations related to the performance of the economic activity of our company, and notably for: preliminary requirements for the stipulation of a contract; fulfilling the contractual obligations towards the Data Subject by executing an act, plurality of deeds or set of operations necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned obligations; executing  the obligations connected to or instrumental to the contract at any public or private body’s; enforcing compliance with legal obligations. In addition, the processing of data is carried out for the purpose of sending material relating to our products always connected to the aims of contractual execution, also through the use of your e-mail coordinates. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of personal data takes place through manual, IT and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the same purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves in compliance with the cited law. For the stipulation and execution of the contractual relationship, the collection of personal data is also mandatory when having to comply with legal and tax obligations, the refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to establish relationships with the company.

The relevant processing does not require the consent of the Data Subject. Personal data and their relevant processing shall be communicated to companies for the performance of economic activities (commercial, management, management of informative systems, insurance, bank or non-bank intermediation, factoring, shipment management, mailing services, management and protection of credit) or for the fulfillment of legal provisions (accounting firms, lawyers). Data shall not be disclosed.The Data Processors and the following categories of subjects in charge of processing them may obtain your data: data quality management, general management and secretary’s office, agents office, legal office, marketing, administration, logistics, commercial.The Data Subject may contact the Privacy Service at the Data Controller’s to verify their data and have them supplemented, updated or amended and/or to exercise the other rights provided for by the articles. 15 and the following ones of the EU Reg. 679/2016. In particular, you can object to the processing of your email coordinates for the purpose of direct sales or marketing always through the Privacy Service at any time.


CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY - PROMOTIONS
Levoni S.p.a. would like to inform you that the personal data you have provided will be processed in accordance with the same law. Please be reminded that processing means any operation or set of operations carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means, relating to the collection, recording, consultation, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and destruction of the personal data of the data subject.

The data controller is Levoni SpA, with registered office in Via G. Matteotti 23 - 46014 Castellucchio (MN).

The purpose of this processing is to send newsletters with promotional activities.The legal basis for the processing is, therefore, the consent of the data subject, which you may freely express. The data processed for this purpose will be stored until you request cancellation. The data concerned will not be disseminated, while it may or will be communicated to individuals operating within the above-mentioned purposes. In particular, such data will be - or may be - communicated to subjects internal or external to the Data Controller's organisation, in order to provide the services (e.g. couriers, forwarding agents, marketing agencies that collaborate with the Data Controller...), and authorised by the latter.

You may exercise your rights by contacting the Privacy Service at the Data Controller's office for the rectification, integration, updating, cancellation or limitation of data processing, or to oppose the processing in accordance with Articles 15 and following of EU Reg.679/2016.Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided for by Art.77 of the same Regulation.

INFORMATION SHEET FOR SUPPLIERS 
Levoni SpA, hereby informs you: - pursuant to art. 13 of the Code, that personal data supplied by you to the writing company are subjected to treatment foreseen by the same law. We recall that treatment means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means as: collection, registration, consultation, organization, storage, processing, modification, the selection, extraction, comparison, usage, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of personal data of the interested party.

The data controller is Levoni SpA, with registered office in Via G. Matteotti 23 - 46014 Castellucchio (MN).

The purpose of this processing is to provide correct management of information necessary for supply of product and service. This leads up to collection of the amount due, in particular for: requirements prior to the stipulation of a contract; fulfillment of the contractual obligations towards the interested party, giving execution to an act, plurality of acts or set of operations necessary to the fulfillment of the aforesaid obligations. This is to be carried out with each public or private body; obligations connected with or instrumental to the contract; implementing legal obligations (for example: ensuring delivery on schedule, providing for any non-conformities in post-sales phase, managing the collection, etcetera).

For stipulation and execution of the contractual relationship, collection of personal data is compulsory, since legal and fiscal obligations must be fulfilled. Refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to establish relations with the company.

The legal bases of the processing are therefore: fulfillment of obligations deriving from the contract (art. 6, par. 1, lett. B) and compliance with law provisions (art. 6, par. 1, lett. C).The data processed for this purpose will be kept until its consent is revoked.The data in question will not be disseminated, while they will be or may be communicated to subjects operating in the context of  purposes described above. In particular, such data will be - or may be - communicated to subjects inside or outside the owner's organization. The latter is to execute contractual obligations (eg couriers, freight forwarders, credit institutions ...) authorized by the same .The data may be disclosed to third parties (possibly appointed data processors) used by the Data Controller to carry out economic activities (commercial, management, management of information systems, insurance, banking or non-banking intermediation, factoring, shipment management ...) or for the fulfillment of laws (chartered accountants, lawyers), or by virtue of legal obligations. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union, and will not be disclosed.In relation to the aforementioned purposes, data will be kept for entire duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, in relation to provisions of applicable laws in force (eg in accounting and tax matters).

You can exercise your rights and ask the Data Controller for access to your data, for the purpose of: rectification, integration, updating, deletion or limitation of processing that concerns them, or to oppose the processing of the articles 15 and ss. of EU Regulation 679/2016. Interested parties who believe that processing of personal data referring to them is in violation of provisions of the Regulation, have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE INFORMATION
Levoni SpA, the data controller, informs visitors that its offices use video surveillance systems for security purposes.The images are recorded and deleted after 72 hours. They can be kept for longer in case of: holidays, closing offices or businesses (but no more than seven days). It also applies in cases where you have to adhere to a specific investigative request by Judicial Authority- and or Police. The images can be viewed only by the personnel in charge (concierge, sales staff at the Bottega Levoni, Lesignano de 'Bagni administration), who are trained accordingly. It may then be controlled and communicated to Judicial Authority.The interested part or parties (subject reported) can exercise the right of access, cancellation and integration by contacting or writing to: privacy@levoni.it


PRIVACY SERVICE
Data Subjects have the right to ask the Data Controller to access the personal data and to amend or cancel the data or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing pursuant to art. 15 and the following ones of the EU Reg. 679/2016. You can contact our Service Privacy to know your data and having them integrated, modified or cancelled for violation of the law by writing to the email address privacy@levoni.it, or oppose their treatment (or to exercise the other rights provided for by art. Articles 15 and the following ones of the EU Regulation 679/29016).

The data controller is Levoni SpA with its headquarters in Via G. Matteotti, 23 - 46014 Castellucchio (MN).

Data Subjects – occurring the conditions - also have the right to make a claim to the Guarantor as a supervisory authority in accordance with the procedures laid down.The list of Data Processors is available at the Data Protection Office of the Data Controller.Articles 15 and the following ones of EU Reg. 679/2016 - Right of access to personal data and other rights.The Data Subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in clear form. 

· The Data Subject has the right to obtain the following information about:  
· the origin of personal data; 
· the purposes and methods of the processing; 
· the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; 
· the identification details of Data Controller, Data Processors and the designated representative; 
· the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may obtain them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.  
· The Data Subject has the right to obtain: 
· updating, amendment or, when interested, integration of data; 
· the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 
· the declaration that the operations referred to in subparagraphs a) and b) have been made known, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such - it turns out to be impossible or involves a use of clearly disproportionate means compared to the protected right.    

The Data Subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:  
· for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertaining to the purpose of the collection; 
· to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.


USE OF COOKIES
When visiting our site you can move between pages anonymously and have access to some information without revealing your identity. In order to access the services reserved for customers, Levoni Spa uses temporary "cookies" to allow the user a secure navigation in order to identify the authorized user. A cookie consists of a small set of data transferred to your browser from a web server and can only be read by the server that made the transfer. It acts as an identity card, recording passwords, purchases and preferences. This is not an executable code and does not transmit viruses. Almost all browsers are initially programmed to accept cookies. You can make the browser warn you when you receive a cookie, allowing you to choose whether to accept it or not. (For some Web pages that require an authorization cookies are not optional. Users who choose not to receive cookies will not be able to access the services reserved for customers).
